Join us for some awesome spooktacular activities at this family-friendly Halloween event at Matthaei Botanical Gardens, capped by a lantern walk along the pumpkin trail. Be sure to dress in your Halloween best for the evening!

NOTE: This is a ticketed event that occurs on two days; event is the same on both days. Ticket prices are per person and each person attending must purchase a ticket. Ticket price includes activities and materials. No tickets issued in advance; please come to front desk in visitor center at Matthaei to claim your registration. Matthaei Botanical Gardens & Nichols Arboretum members: use your member number when reserving tickets to receive the discounted price of $12.50.

Pumpkin Trail

Follow a trail of awesome carved pumpkins featuring fun and scary shapes and faces.

Make Your Own Lantern

Craft a glowing lantern and join our parade of lanterns through the Pumpkin Trail to cap the evening.

Magic Tricks

The University of Michigan Magic Club is on hand with plenty of tricks.

Puppeteers from FestiFools

A fun program from this local nonprofit arts organization
